Fantastic bay views, large gym facilities, stunning exterior illumination

The room lacked a minibar or snacks, which felt odd for a premium place!!! The pool area needs a serious cleaning initiative, as the tiles looked disturbingly dirty.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and a cozy coffee shop. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with plug adaptors. I recommend trying the free parking for convenience. I'm coming back for a city break.

The 19th-floor rooms offer stunning views of the bay, making for a memorable stay. Our family's experience was further enhanced by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. However, the air conditioning was set to a fixed 23 degrees, making it uncomfortable during the night, and the noise levels due to loud music were quite disruptive.

However, the wait time for room service was longer than expected.

The hotel offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from my spacious room on the 18th floor, complete with a private balcony. While the room was clean and the breakfast selection was delightful, the staff's attentiveness sometimes felt a bit overwhelming during meals, making it less relaxed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I think the service could benefit from a slightly less intrusive approach.

our stay at wyndham was great! the view from our junior king suite was stunning, with a clear view of ha long bay. the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. we loved the breathtaking outdoor pool too!

The junior suite had stunning panoramic views of the glorious Bay. Breakfast was really good, with a mix of Western and Asian dishes. A bibimbap station. Staff were super friendly, especially when they surprised us with a birthday cake at Sakura Restaurant. The infinity pool was amazing, looking out over the landscape.
